It’s important to have feedback for a creator, programmer and developer in order to have a good game. The more negative the better, but the main point is that you the community support the people whether it is going to a convention or cosplay (which I do not personally like). It adds a new layer to the game itself. People have used their input and sometimes it pays off by having to meet the fans. This doesn’t apply to just games or developers alone. Organizations such as Rocket Jump and Oculus Rift form kick starters for those who want new and awesome things aid them in financial needs. Rooster Teeth, creators of RvB and Ruby, has a large fan base, community and comments on their website.
